LOADS OF THE TELESCOPIC BOOM FROM LOCAL LOADS DURING TELESCOPING

چکیده
One of the main factors affecting performance telescopic booms is loss local stability shelves and section walls. The sections occurs due to development plastic deformations in some most loaded or as a result stable equilibrium even at stage elastic deformation. In this case, maximum stresses boom are formed location supporting elements, where summation from external loads forces acting side elements (local loads) occurs. aim work study loading action process telescoping. Analysis extending (retracting) carried out using example equipment railway crane Sokol 80.01M. Numerical modeling used during Three telescoping modes selected: consecutive extension (retraction) without load; synchronous with load. results virtual experiment for each mode time dependences generated locations sliding bearings, vertical on pins hydraulic cylinders. A comparison was made greatest loadings cylinders three options sections. Based obtained dependencies loads, were calculated mode.

متن کاملLocal dynamic stability of trunk movements during the repetitive lifting of loads.
The local dynamic stability of trunk movements was assessed during repetitive lifting using nonlinear Lyapunov analyses. The goal was to assess how varying the load-in-hands affects the neuromuscular control of lumbar spinal stability. Thirty healthy participants (15M, 15F) performed repetitive lifting at 10 cycles per minute for three minutes under two load conditions: zero load and 10% of eac...
متن کاملLigament Loads Increase During Unanticipated Cutting Tasks
Unanticipated cutting tasks have been shown to increase the varus/valgus (VV) and internal/external rotation (IE) moments at the knee as much as 200% compared with cutting manoeuvres that are preplanned (Besier et al, 2001). These loads coupled with an external flexion moment during stance phase are hypothesised to be responsible for non-contact knee ligament injuries. Muscles have the potentia...
متن کاملSpinal Loads during Post-Operative Physiotherapeutic Exercises
After spinal surgery, physiotherapeutic exercises are performed to achieve a rapid return to normal life. One important aim of treatment is to regain muscle strength, but it is known that muscle forces increase the spinal loads to potentially hazardous levels. It has not yet been clarified which exercises cause high spinal forces and thus endanger the surgical outcome. The loads on vertebral bo...
متن کاملSpinal Loads during Cycling on an Ergometer
Cycling on an ergometer is an effective exercise for improving fitness. However, people with back problems or previous spinal surgery are often not aware of whether cycling could be harmful for them. To date, little information exists about spinal loads during cycling. A telemeterized vertebral body replacement allows in vivo measurement of implant loads during the activities of daily living. F...
